Hypervisor onderhoud Sep 26, 2023 22:00 - Nov 17, 2023 21:00 CET
Gedurende dit onderhoud in de periode 26-september t/m 16 november worden alle hypervisors herstart. Om de impact te minimaliseren worden de virtuele machines eerst weg verhuisd van een te herstaren hypervisor. De impact van een verhuizing is erg gering, maar een paar seconden onderbreking kan voorkomen tijdens zo'n verhuizing, de virtuele machine zelf wordt niet herstart.
Deze verhuizingen gaan plaatsvinden op dinsdag en donderdag avonden tussen 22:00 en 00:00 uur.

Failover nat router in Amsterdam for Swyx PBX solutions Sep 27, 2023 22:00 - Sep 28, 2023 00:00 CEST
We schakelen in dit tijdframe over van router om de router die nu de actieve nat sessies heeft een herstart te kunnen geven. Deze wijziging heeft tot gevolg dat nat sessies opnieuw opgebouwd moeten worden, dat gaat vanzelf, echter de remote connector sessies vallen kort weg (c.a. 1 minuut).
Overig telefonie verkeer blijft ongehinderd doorlopen.

Backbone PE router upgrade Sep 27, 2023 22:00 - Sep 28, 2023 02:00 CEST
Tijdens dit tijdvak wordt er een upgrade uitgevoerd van 1 van de routers in Amsterdam. Dit kan tot 2 keer voor een onderbreking zorgen.

Eurofiber NNI migratie naar nieuwe router Oct 4, 2023 22:00 - Oct 5, 2023 00:00 CEST
4 Oktober wordt een koppeling tussen het DSTNY en Eurofiber netwerk verhuisd naar een nieuwe router. Dat vindt plaats na 22:00 uur en zal naar verwachting een onderbreking van 5 minuten opleveren.

Scheduled - The engineering team will perform maintenance on our AMS3 service SBC. This SBC is responsible for voice services.

We do not expect any impact to customer traffic during this maintenance. During the change AMS3 service SBC could not be reachable by the voice core, but the core will route the call via AMS5 service SBC.
